  Ensure the item is in its original, unworn condition with all tags attached, and include a copy of your invoice inside the securely sealed packaging.

  Send your package using a trackable shipping service to the return address provided by our support team during the initiation phase.

  Inspection and Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the garment, your refund or exchange will be processed within 7-10 business days to your original payment method.
